CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Xavier University , the Philippine Red Cross, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and private sector stakeholders like the Oro Chamber and A. Brown & Co. Inc., are spearheading the fast track development of a five-hectare site in Barangay Lumbia that the school has made available as a relocation site for homeless victims of the Tropical Storm Sendong calamity.
