Retirement as the last destination of a working person is just so nice and beyond compare. It is a time when you own yourself, you own your time, your decisions and everything that take place in your mind. It is the sweetest thing that can happen to anyone and truly a wild sensarion ever after. It is terrific. It is really something you ever wanted but was so elusive during your younger days.

It is the time in your life when you are not going to your workplace anymore, you do not work or just doing nothing and get paid every end of the month. And for that your morning begins anytime of day. You can wake up glad and happy anytime and even stay on bed the rest of the day except for coffee and lunch. You can read the best books possible and rest every moment as you wish.

One can sing his best while getting a shower, dress up whatever way and go to places you never had dreamed of visiting ever since when your were working. It is just wonderful for e man to reach retirement age and still healty strong and happy.

But not so many people reach retirement age. The reason is there are a lot of risks along the way that could fall to one person and put his dream of retirement forever gone. Some working persons found themselves suddenly jobless for some reasons thus making the dream of retirement out of the way. Other people are either terminated from work or unable to continue working because of illness or for some rreasons.

There are business firms that are not so big and, therefore, cannot afford to manage a retirement program for its employees. Here workers come and go without being noticed or they just vanish as they reach old age. In other words, one take home the lat pay in his life and nothing else. This is really terrible and so unfortunate for a working man.

The dream of retirement begins as you search a job. One must examine the size of the company he is applying and study well if there is a retirement program. It is one’s prerogative to apply for a job in a stable company and not caught unaware during retirement age. For instance giant firms normally offer retirement program and surely are good places to work with.
Most government offices too are having such program and therefore, a good place to work. But the danger again is most of these giant firms are also very strict in employing people, thus the dream of retirement hangs in the shadows of light. Retirement, therefore, is a very elusive and wild ambition for every worker.
