Cocktails with the Peacemakers
CAMP OSITO D BAHIAN, Malaybalay City- The 403rd Infantry “Peacemaker” Brigade stationed at Camp Osito D Bahian, Brgy 10, Impalambong, Malaybalay City successfully conducted its Acquaintance & Social Party with its key stakeholders and constituents.
Last 14th of November, the activity was highlighted with a camp tour where the guest coming from the KBP-Bukidnon Chapter and the representatives of Propelling Our Inherited Nation Through Our Youth (POINTY), a youth organization showcasing the Army rugged training inside the camp followed by friendship games played by the personnel of the peacemakers and the visitors.
At around 7 o’clock in the evening, the 403rd Brigade headed by the humble commander Colonel Jesse A Alvarez welcomed the arriving guests coming from the media, civil society organizations, LGU’s of Bukidnon and Malaybalay City, counterparts, businessmen and student organizations.
Colonel Alvarez has showed the visitors the broader perspective of the said event to start a better working relationship and is expecting for the coming days to come working together along with the “Peacemakers”.
Bearing in mind the Internal Peace & Security Plan “Bayanihan”, the Commander was high on appreciation that the relationship of the Army and all stakeholders in attaining peace and development is its main objective for the people and is very eager to closely work together to achieve development.
More ‘professional’ and ‘disciplined’ Army has been projected and that the trust and support are mutually gained by both the stakeholders and the peacemakers as friendship has been established and strengthened.
